This exclusive semi-detached villa combines contemporary design, tranquillity and Mediterranean style. It is ideal for families or groups of up to eight guests looking for a premium stay on the Costa del Sol.
The property offers spacious, light-filled interiors and spectacular views over the golf course. Outside, the private terrace, dining area, chill-out space and infinity pool provide the perfect setting in which to relax and enjoy Marbella’s climate.
Located within the exclusive Soul Sunrise community, Villa Soul 17 offers privacy, security and access to premium communal facilities, including a spa, gym and outdoor swimming pools.
VILLA LAYOUT
Villa Soul 17 is arranged over three floors, designed to provide comfort, space and functionality.
Main floor
The entrance opens into an elegant hallway and a spacious living and dining area filled with natural light. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the main living space.
This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room provides direct access to the terrace, private garden and infinity pool overlooking the golf course. The outdoor area includes a dining space, a chill-out area and six sun loungers.
First floor
The upper floor contains the principal bedroom, which has a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
There are also two additional bedrooms with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower..
Basement floor
The lower level provides a fully equipped laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a private office and a full bathroom with a shower.
This floor also offers direct access to the private underground car park.
COMMUNAL FACILITIES
Guests staying at Villa Soul 17 can enjoy access to the following facilities:

• Relaxation areas and sun loungers
• Seasonal café
• Private security and CCTV surveillance 24 hours a day
Access to these facilities is subject to the community’s rules, opening hours, availability and seasonal schedules.
PARKING
The villa includes two private parking spaces in an indoor garage with direct access to the property and is equipped with electric vehicle charger.
The community also provides shared outdoor parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle chargers. These spaces are not private and their availability cannot be guaranteed.
