THE VILLA
Villa Condor is an impressive 290 m² contemporary villa completed in 2019 and equipped with state-of-the-art home automation technology.
A private lift provides access to every floor, making it easy to move between the different areas of the villa.
Its contemporary architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows and open terraces provide beautiful sea and mountain views from many areas of the property.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The principal bedroom also features a bathtub and bidet. The villa has an additional separate bathroom with a shower on the lower ground floor and a guest toilet on the main floor.

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor features a bright, spacious open-plan area combining the living room, dining area and fully equipped designer kitchen.

The security deposit, in the amount stated in the listing, will be arranged before arrival. It will be released in full after departure, provided there is no damage and all property rules have been observed.
