A second double bedroom also enjoys access to the same terrace, while the third bedroom has its own private shower and washbasin. An additional separate toilet is also located on this floor.

The swimming pool is usually open from 1 May until 30 September, with the exact opening and closing dates determined each year by the homeowners' community. Outside this period, the pool remains closed.

The property offers two private parking spaces within the gated community: one covered outdoor space and one uncovered outdoor space.
For everyone's peace of mind, a security deposit will be required. It will be fully refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and compliance with the house rules.
