Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day. The spacious living and dining area, with marble flooring, is the heart of the home. It features a large dining table for up to eight guests and a 55-inch Smart TV for your entertainment.
From the living room, step out onto the spacious furnished terrace where you can relax while enjoying pleasant partial views of the Mediterranean Sea and the communal swimming pool.
The apartment features:
• Three spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.
• Three full bathrooms, two of them en-suite for added comfort and privacy.
• Central air conditioning throughout the apartment.
• Private high-speed Wi-Fi.
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
• Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete comfort and privacy throughout their stay.

Security Deposit: Before your arrival, you will receive an email to register your payment card. On the day of check-in, you will receive a second email requesting your authorization to place a security deposit hold. No amount will be held without your approval. The deposit will be automatically released after the property has been inspected following check-out.
House Rules: Please respect the property, its furnishings and the peace and quiet of the community. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the apartment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Communal Swimming Pool: Open from 15 June to 15 September, daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

We booked this appartement on short notice just one day in advance. It was spacious, clean, with all amenities you need with a family with 3 children. Outdoor pool an sunbeds were great. And just a one minute walk to the beach. Supermarket (Lidl) 5 msee more
